The evening review technique is a way to look back at your entire day in outline and detail to assess what went well and what did not.
Analyzing “what went well” allows you to draw good practices to continue, while “what went wrong” allows you to get lessons learnt in order to improve your behavior, thoughts, words and actions in the future.
It is recommended that you make the evening review part of your daily routine and never miss an appointment with yourself in the evening before going to sleep, preferably at the same time.
